Q: What is your pet policy?

 

   A. We allow up to 2 pets with no breed or weight restrictions. There is a $350 pet fee and a $30/mo pet rent.

 

Q: Can I have shelves, curtains, posters, etc.?

 

   A. As long as the holes are no bigger than a quarter, you may decorate your apartment as you would like. 

 

Q: Can I paint my walls?

 

   A. Sure! We just ask that you paint the walls back to their original color upon move-out.

 

Q: What does the leasing and application process look like?

 

   A. Our application process can be done through our online portal which is on our homepage under the Apply Now tab. There is a $75 application fee and a $200 administration fee. 

 

Q: Do you require renter’s insurance?

 

   A. Yes. We require $100,000 minimum liability coverage.

 

Q: How do I submit a maintenance or service request?

 

   A. You may submit all maintenance and service requests through our online portal.

 

Q: How do I set up my utilities?

 

   A. You will only need to set up utilities through MLGW. You may contact Comcast for cable and internet.

 

Q: What is the average rent?

 

   A. Our average rent is $1683 though it varies depending on the layout, upgrades, and number of bedrooms.

 

Q: Where is the nearest public transportation?

 

   A. The nearest public transportation is right in front of our community and is the MATA Transit.

 

Q: How do I pay rent?

 

   A. Rent may be paid through our online resident portal.
